  • Senior Development and Property Accountant

    This role is responsible for a the review of monthly real estate operating properties for accuracy, providing journal entries to property managers, and on an annual basis, providing auditors with trial balance and work papers which are GAAP consistent and other duties as needed for a portfolio of properties.

  • Senior Asset Manager

    The Senior Asset Manager oversees the administration of certain developments in NHT's portfolio to ensure: operations align with our mission and values, assets maintain strong physical and financial well-being, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and all internal and external reporting requirements are fulfilled in an accurate and timely manner.
