  • Federal Compliance Consultant

    This request for proposal (RFP) is to contract with an organization to provide consulting services to support monitoring, compliance, and reporting in accordance with federal requirements on the administration of funding through the Environmental Protection Agency’s (“EPA”) Environmental and Climate Justice Community Change Grants program (“Community Change Grant”).

  • Office Manager

    NHT seeks a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations, maintain administrative policies and systems, and cultivate a welcoming and efficient workplace. This position reports to the Senior Director of HR and is essential to staff productivity, facility management, supporting leadership, coordinating meetings, and maintaining strong internal and external communication.

  • Director of Real Estate Development

    The Director of Real Estate Development is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing development opportunities for NHT Communities. This individual directs the overall development process from initial conception through closing, construction, and stabilized occupancy for each project.

  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. This position will oversee a Finance Team of eleven (11) staff, including three (3) direct reports: Controller/Director of Corporate Accounting and Treasury, Controller/Director of Real Estate Development and Property Accounting, and Accounting Manager, Research and Reporting.

  • Director of Lending

    NHT is seeking a Director of Lending to lead loan deployment, operations, and strategic partnerships, working closely with the lending team. They will build strong relationships with borrowers, partners, and funders to raise capital from mission-driven investors. Reporting to the Senior Director of Lending and Investments, they will leverage financial expertise to propose innovative lending products and initiatives with government and non-profit partners to meet client needs.
