  • Impact and Investment Manager

    NHT is seeking a mission-oriented Impact and Investment Manager to join our lending team  and contribute to addressing the nation's affordable housing crisis through investor relations and capital-raising efforts. Reporting to the Senior Director of Lending and Investments, the Impact and Investment Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting NHT’s fundraising strategy, managing funder relationships, and overseeing impact data collection and reporting.

  • Director of Lending

    NHT is seeking a Director of Lending to lead loan deployment, operations, and strategic partnerships, working closely with the lending team. They will build strong relationships with borrowers, partners, and funders to raise capital from mission-driven investors. Reporting to the Senior Director of Lending and Investments, they will leverage financial expertise to propose innovative lending products and initiatives with government and non-profit partners to meet client needs.

  • Lending Operations Associate

    NHT is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Operations Associate to support its lending team, contributing to affordable housing initiatives. This role involves coordinating schedules, communications, grant support, data analysis, and administrative tasks for internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Director of Lending Operations and Initiatives, this position offers a chance to address the nation’s housing needs through critical operational support.

  • Senior Director of Asset Management

    NHT is seeking a Senior Director of Asset Management to lead asset management for a mature and expanding affordable housing portfolio. Reporting to the Managing Director of Real Estate, this position oversees the Asset Management team, collaborates with accounting for accurate financial reporting, and drives portfolio strategy and performance. The role offers the opportunity to work across all NHT business lines and currently supervises a team of three asset managers/associates.
