  • Chief Operating Officer (COO)

    The COO reports to and closely partners with the CEO and will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. NHT has grown tremendously and the landscape in which we work has evolved. Our Real Estate, Lending, Community Outreach and Impact, and Energy Solutions business lines would benefit from a senior executive to strengthen infrastructure and systems, evaluate performance and impact, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation, mitigate risks, support strategic growth, and uncover new business opportunities.

  • Managing Director, Housing Policy Solutions

    The Managing Director, of Housing Policy Solutions will lead, envision, and direct NHT’s affordable housing policy influence and portfolio for the future, informed by our legacy of innovating, demonstrating, and amplifying bold ideas. Guided by NHT’s strategic plan, the Managing Director of Housing Policy Solutions will evolve NHT’s legacy into new ideas, channels, and areas of influence for the organization.

  • Director of Real Estate Development

    The Director of Real Estate Development is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing development opportunities for NHT Communities. This individual directs the overall development process from initial conception through closing, construction, and stabilized occupancy for each project.

  • Director of Lending

    NHT is seeking a Director of Lending to lead loan deployment, operations, and strategic partnerships, working closely with the lending team. They will build strong relationships with borrowers, partners, and funders to raise capital from mission-driven investors. Reporting to the Senior Director of Lending and Investments, they will leverage financial expertise to propose innovative lending products and initiatives with government and non-profit partners to meet client needs.
