  • Managing Director, Housing Policy Solutions

    The Managing Director, of Housing Policy Solutions will lead, envision, and direct NHT’s affordable housing policy influence and portfolio for the future, informed by our legacy of innovating, demonstrating, and amplifying bold ideas. Guided by NHT’s strategic plan, the Managing Director of Housing Policy Solutions will evolve NHT’s legacy into new ideas, channels, and areas of influence for the organization.

  • Office and Governance Manager

    NHT seeks a proactive and highly organized Operations and Governance Manager to oversee organizational operations, governance, and office administration. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and fostering a productive and welcoming workplace. The position reports to the Senior Director of HR and is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, governance processes, and administrative systems.

  • Information Technology (IT) Manager

    The IT Manager will lead the development of a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with NHT’s organizational priorities, ensuring that technology enables innovation, collaboration, and efficiency across all program areas. This includes evaluating and implementing cutting-edge technologies, integrating systems to streamline operations, and ensuring that IT solutions are scalable to support NHT’s growth.

  • Real Estate Coordinator

    The Real Estate Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Managing Director of Real Estate and operational support to the Real Estate team. The core functions include, but are not limited to, data management, cross-team communication, internal project management, preparing and assembling materials for NHTC board meetings, as well as completing other ad-hoc requests of the Managing Director.

  • Director of Real Estate Development

    The Director of Real Estate Development is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing development opportunities for NHT Communities. This individual directs the overall development process from initial conception through closing, construction, and stabilized occupancy for each project.

  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. This position will oversee a Finance Team of eleven (11) staff, including three (3) direct reports: Controller/Director of Corporate Accounting and Treasury, Controller/Director of Real Estate Development and Property Accounting, and Accounting Manager, Research and Reporting.

  • Director of Lending

    NHT is seeking a Director of Lending to lead loan deployment, operations, and strategic partnerships, working closely with the lending team. They will build strong relationships with borrowers, partners, and funders to raise capital from mission-driven investors. Reporting to the Senior Director of Lending and Investments, they will leverage financial expertise to propose innovative lending products and initiatives with government and non-profit partners to meet client needs.
