  • Loan Fund Specialist

    The Loan Fund Specialist helps manage a diverse base of borrowers and investors by consolidating the back-end processes of NHTCDF and ICE. This position is responsible for assisting in administering all aspects of loan funds including loan closing, disbursement, servicing, maintaining loan files, and preparing regular reports related to the loan program.

  • Resident Services Coordinator (Baltimore, MD)

    The Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) collaborates with team members across multiple sites to coordinate resident programming, referrals, community engagement, and supportive services that address the needs of children, youth, adults, and seniors. This position is based in Baltimore, MD.

    The Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) collaborates with team members across multiple sites to coordinate resident programming, referrals, community engagement, and supportive services that address the needs of children, youth, adults, and seniors. This position is DC-based.

  • Director of CDFI Portfolio Finance

    This newly created position will serve as a hub between NHT’s finance team, CDFI Asset Management and CDFI Originations, and play a central role in supporting CDFI leadership’s strategic priorities. This position will help oversee capital management, touch many parts of CDFI operations, and be a part of strategic decision-making.
