Mass Place Hosts 2nd Annual Back-to-School Drive

As Summer came to a close this August, Mass Place Apartments in Washington, D.C. hosted their annual Back-To-School Drive. Recognizing that the high cost of back-to-school supplies and the uniforms required by DC Public Schools can stretch a family’s limited budget, the drive asks community members, local vendors, staff and others to donate supplies for the grade school kids living in the community.

Thanks to the overwhelming support and dedication of the community, Mass Place raised $1,000 in donations for school supplies. In total, Mass Place Apartments distributed 40 backpacks to children at the community.
