Illana joined National Housing Trust as Administrative Assistant Co-Ordinator in the Human Resources Department in 2022. She also provides executive support to NHT’s CEO, staff, and affiliates of NHT Communities.

Prior to joining the Trust, worked for iDiscovery Solutions as Executive Assistant to the President and was Secretary to the Jennifer Bush Lawson Foundation. She comes with almost two decades of experience supporting C-Suite staff.

Illana graduated with a B.S. in Business from Marist College.
