Lacie Hall is the Accounting Manager – Research and Reporting. Lacie will be working closely with both the corporate and real estate accounting teams to streamline workflows, improve communication, research complicated transactions, build analytical tools and financial models, and, altogether, help us produce accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting and analysis.

Lacie comes to NHT from Bozzuto Management Company where she served as a senior property accountant responsible for managing and forecasting cash flow, initiating debt service payments and owner distributions, analyzing financial performance, and preparing monthly reporting packages for a portfolio of properties. Prior to Bozzuto, Lacie held accounting roles at Berman Enterprises and Enterprise Community Partners. Additionally, Lacie is a proud graduate of Syracuse University where she double majored in Accounting and Real Estate and dominated the hardwood as a four-year member of the Women’s Basketball team.
