Before joining NHT, Noel worked with construction and real estate companies from 2021 to 2024, including Bognet Construction (interior design), Ross Management (commercial real estate), Caruso Builders (residential building), and the Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis, focusing on billing and accounts payable. Prior to 2021, Noel spent 11 years with Volunteers of America (VOA) as part of their Housing Development accounting team. As a senior accountant, he managed full-cycle accounting for multiple projects across the United States.
Outside of work, Noel enjoys watching TV shows like Chicago Fire, FBI, and Suits. He also loves taking long evening walks with his wife.
