As a Housing Policy Fellow at NHT, Thomas works to inform the policy team through research, writing, and evaluation of affordable housing legislation and programs to better improve housing policy in the US.

Thomas is a graduate student in Public Policy at the University of Maryland. He has a strong interest in affordable housing, having interned with two affordable housing developers before, this is his first position working on the policy side of the affordable housing process. He is enthusiastic about continuing this journey and expanding his knowledge with NHT.
