Todd Nedwick is the National Housing Trust’s Senior Director of Policy. Todd leads NHT’s engagement with public and private stakeholders to advance the use of housing and energy resources for affordable housing. He is passionate about ensuring that under-invested communities benefit from resilient, healthy, and affordable housing. Todd directs NHT's work to ensure programmatic success to benefit affordable housing providers and residents, and to increase the capacity of Housing Finance Agencies and affordable housing developers to access federal resources. He also oversees NHT’s policy work on building energy performance standards. 

Todd holds a B.A. in Political Science from American University and a Master’s in Public Policy with a concentration in Social Policy from the University of Maryland, School of Public Policy.
