NHT Ingenuity Power Has A New Look
NHT Ingenuity Power, a joint venture between the National Housing Trust and Urban Ingenuity, has a strong record of developing, financing, and owning solar assets across the country. In 2018, the flagship year for this partnership, NHT IP participated in D.C.’s Solar for All Program and installed 1.4 Megawatts of solar on top of affordable multifamily properties in The District. The installation is currently the largest scattered site solar project on top of affordable housing in D.C.
Building on this success, 2019 is slated to be a big year for the young NHT IP partnership. With a pipeline of more than 9 megawatts of power, NHT IP decided it was time to develop a new co-branded logo. The design combines elements of each organization’s logo, alluding to the collaborative nature of the partnership itself. Looking at the new logo, you’ll recognize NHT’s signature rafters and Urban Ingenuity’s distinctive manhole cover. A sun in the middle completes the design and makes a strong reference to renewable energy.
NHT IP is looking forward to a very productive year and putting its new logo to good use!
