National Housing Trust Announces Wells Fargo as Marquee Sponsor for 40th Anniversary Gala

Samir Goel is the Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Esusu, a fintech solution that reports on-time rent payments to the credit bureaus to increase resident credit scores and provides a comprehensive platform for economic mobility. Samir and Wemimo Abbey saw a vision of financial freedom for affordable housing renters. NHT communities leverage Esusu as a partner to cement stable housing.
Sarah Bainton Kahn leads Housing Access and Affordability Philanthropy at Wells Fargo, overseeing the company’s housing grants portfolio and strategic efforts to expand housing opportunities nationwide. She collaborates across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, as well as with Wells Fargo leaders and clients, to advance affordable housing and support economic and community growth.
Brett Macleod is an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase in the Community Development Banking group, where he finances affordable housing and urban revitalization real estate projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Brett has originated over $2.3 billion of loans for a variety of deal types, including affordable rental properties, for-sale housing projects, mixed-use real estate deals and large-scale urban retail centers. Brett currently serves as Board Vice Chair of Cinnaire; Board President of Housing& (formerly known as HAND/Housing Association of Nonprofit Developers); and Board Chair of National Housing Trust Community Development Fund.
